Happy Hour Friday – “Jack Rose”

1 1/2 ounces applejack, apple brandy such as Calvados, or apple eau-de-vie
1 ounce lemon or lime juice
1/2 ounce grenadine syrup (or more, to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an optional apple slice and/or maraschino cherry.

The wine labels, devised by designer Rob Schellenberg, are based on the longitudes of Italy and it’s famous wine regions. Depending on the degrees north, the wine region was associated with a numerical logo and topographic map.

All tags created in DustTag are saved as Graffiti Markup Language (GML) files, a new digital standard used by other popular graffiti applications such as Laser Tag and EyeWriter.
