Happy Hour Fridays – “The Beija-Hibisco”

Juice of 1/2 lime

1 tbslp raw sugar syrup

splash hibiscus grenadine

3-4 drops hibiscus tincture

crushed ice

Shake everything except the hibiscus grenadine and serve over crushed ice, add a splash hibiscus grenadine for color and tropical zing. Add a few drops hibiscus tincture on top.
